Good to Know Before You Book

1. Travel Arrangements
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat. If you're flying, we recommend arriving into Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (30 miles away) or Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (176 miles away). Shuttle options are available—let us know if you need help coordinating!

2. Arrival & Departure Times
Plan to arrive between 1:00–4:00 PM on the first day. The retreat wraps up by 12:00 PM on the final day. Early arrivals or late departures cannot be accommodated due to the flow of our schedule.

3. Weather & Altitude
Our retreat takes place during monsoon season, so be sure to pack for occasional rain, especially around midday. Pack layers, sun protection, and comfortable shoes for walking on natural terrain. Stay hydrated—it helps with the altitude!

4. What to Pack
Bring clothing you can move and relax in, a journal, a water bottle, and any personal comfort items (like your favorite tea, essential oils, or cozy socks). We’ll provide retreat materials.

5. Disconnect to Reconnect
We encourage limited phone use during the retreat to help you fully immerse in the experience. Cell service may be limited depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is available in designated areas if needed.

6. Health & Safety
Please let us know about any health concerns, medications, allergies, or mobility limitations at the time of registration so we can best support you. Your well-being is our priority.

7. Community Vibe
This is a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming space. Come as you are, and be open to connection—with yourself, others, and nature. This is a judgment-free, nurturing environment.

8. Payment & Cancellation
A deposit holds your spot, and the full balance is due by June 10, 2025. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll always try to work with you if unexpected situations arise.
